The Verdict
After warming it up, the Casa Bonita delivered a spicy dish regulated by fresh greens. Amazing how green peppers can chill the palette. The Nacho cheese was not as "eye-popping" as I had hoped, but it did offer a complement to the heat of the ground beef. With the right touch of garlic, this meal is definitely a weekly occurence. Very simple to make, and fills the void quite well. Well done.
