Casa Bonita Burritos

One Medium Onion
One Red Pepper
2 Small Tomatoes
Medium Taco Seasoning
Grated Nacho Cheese

How'd He Do It?

Dice up the Pepper.
My other roommate must be watching in awe too.

The "Pass-Off"

Dice up the Tomatoes.

Dice up the Onions.

Add Taco Seasoning and 1/2 Cup of Water to the Ground Beef.
Heat at Medium-High.

Stir till Brown.
(He added a dash of Newcastle to the Beef.)

Grab a taco shell .
Add the beef, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, and onions.

The Verdict

After warming it up, the Casa Bonita delivered a spicy dish regulated by fresh greens. Amazing how green peppers can chill the palette. The Nacho cheese was not as "eye-popping" as I had hoped, but it did offer a complement to the heat of the ground beef. With the right touch of garlic, this meal is definitely a weekly occurence. Very simple to make, and fills the void quite well. Well done.
